Can new molds be incorporated?
The machine offers the possibility of incorporating molds for new products, formats and sizes.empamec provides the necessary advice and support to implement the production the clients have in mind.the mold construction is independent of the manufacturing of the
machine.
Is the handmade touch lost with the installation of the machine?
The handmade touch isn’t lost because we use the same empanada dough disc and the same stuffing.concerning the format of the pie-closing we have designs that simulate the pie-closing or twist manually made.
Can the size,the twist(pie-closing) and format of the product be changed?
The design of the mold is personalized and the measures are established by the client.you can also print letters and logos to identify flavors or marks and format of the twist.you can also make small,medium and traditional empanadas, pies, tequeños, arepas, etc.
How are the flavors identified?
The stamp identifier of flavor was developed for this purpose, these can be letters,numbers or symbols; they are interchangeable, which allows using the same mold to identify all the required flavors.the printing on the empanadas is totally readable before and after cooking them.
How does the machine work?
After measuring out the stuffing manually or automatically, the molds are folded giving form to the product.after that the mold is opened and the empanada is finished to be removed from the machine and taken to a cold chamber.this system reduces workforce and standardizes the product, avoiding in this way the specialist in pie-closing, whom it normally depends all the production.the speed of the conveyor belt is electronically controlled adapting itself to each need.
Does the machine comply with the hygiene requirements?
The machine complies with all the hygiene requirements; there are no areas of concentration of bacteria. the cleaning is simple, with no areas of accumulation of raw material.we suggest using food grade lubricants and neutral detergents (neither acid nor alkaline) to clean the molds.the assembly system of molds is simple so that the clean-up and change process can be as fast as possible. the aluminium of the molds is of high technology, with more than 120 brinell hardness, it doesn´t have any pores, which makes it adequate for the food use. besides, the machine enables you to optimize the sanitary rules, because as workers work more comfortably, they can wear gloves and masks, making it more hygienic than any other manual system, due to the less contact that the operator has with the raw material.
Is it necessary to have specialized staff to operate the empamec machines?
The machine is of simple use.it doesn’t need specialized staff.
Are spare parts available in the market?
All the commercial standards we use are normalized and are provided around the world, the construction standards are provided by our company and sent where needed.
